Rates are per week per apartment and vary with season and length of stay. Longer or shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) are possible according availability.
Rates include linens, water, firewood, baby crib and highchair if requested, and final house-cleaning.
The swimming pool and disc golf course are at guests’ disposal.
A 10% discount is applied starting from the second week of stay.
Access to high-speed internet in each Podere through a radio link.
Supplemental payment due upon arrival is required for pets (€5/day/each).
Utilities (liquefied petroleum gas or methane and electricity) will be charged according to the meter readings: we apologize,but it is important the cooperation of all to avoid unnecessary consumption.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival entitle you to a refund of the deposit subject to deductions for administrative charges. No refunds for all cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival.
