Terms and Conditions
- Rates are per week per apartment and vary with season and length of stay.
- Rates include linens, water, firewood, use of the swimming pool, baby crib and high chair if requested, and final house-cleaning.
- Access to high-speed internet in the farm office and use of free long-distance Skype service are also included.
- Supplemental payment due upon arrival is required for pets (€25/week).
- Utilities (liquefied petroleum gas or methane and electricity) will be charged according to the meter readings.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due upon arrival.
- Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, CartaSi, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB) or by bank transfer. Credit card data may be faxed.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival entitle you to a refund of the deposit subject to deductions for administrative charges. No refunds for all cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Rental weeks are from 15:00 (3 pm) Saturday to 10:00 (10 am) Saturday at peak season. Longer or shorter stays and weekend breaks are available off peak and according to availability.
- 2010 Season
- Low season: 9 January - 1 May and 23 October - 18 December.
- Mid-season: 1 May - 26 June and 28 August - 23 October; Christmas, New Year and Easter.
- High season: 26 June - 28 August.
